Greetings. Why are you spamming us with the info in your signature. Would you like to remove it or should I?

Sorry for the less-than-friendly welcome, but spamming us in your first post isn't really a good idea. Thanks.

I don't know if you were spamming. Most people just don't put their real names, places of employment, phone numbers, etc... in their posts. That's a really good way to attract a whole lot of spam to your inbox.

What you did is also sometimes considered to be a form of advertising for the domain you used, and some times is considered to be spamming. I don't see a relationship between your post as it now appears and your message originally--if tripwire edited it--as I don't see any attempt to sell anything, so I wouldn't consider it spamming. If your post had been about gaming I would see tripwire's point, as it wasn't, I don't.

I removed the link in your post, adjustments, since it was deffo spam and had nothing to do with Linux or IT. Don't do that again. Thanks.

Welcome to the Linux Tutorial. Unfortunately the world is full of spammers and it often hard to tell the difference between an innocent post and spam. Considering how much work we have had to invest in the past to clean up spam, we are all very sensitive. The best rule of the thumb is to include as little info as possible that is not related to the site. Also, you should be careful with including phone numbers and email addresses in your .sig.
